Craig C. Neidhart,
Sr. began his consulting career in 1982 when he founded an executive search and human resources consulting firm. His career has been enhanced by his early business background gained in human resources with several Fortune 500 corporations. Craig has accumulated
more than 20 years of search experience encompassing general management and all functions within high technology companies, start-ups, manufacturers of industrial and consumer products, as well as with financial and service corporations. Prior to TNS Partners, Inc., Craig served as a Managing Director of a major international executive search organization. |

| John K. Semyan began his career in executive search and management consulting in 1972. He has held positions with Booz·Allen & Hamilton, KPMG Peat Marwick, as well as with two of the top five international executive search firms. Since the early 80's, he has conducted a wide range of consulting and search engagements for both large and small businesses in the consulting, information technology,
healthcare, financial services, consumer, high technology and capital goods industries. John's early career experience was with IBM where he spent seven years in various sales and marketing positions. |

Raymond Consiglio possesses
30 plus years of human resources and executive recruiting experience.
For ten years, he directed external executive recruiting activities at IBM,
the last three years as Head of IBM Executive Recruiting, Worldwide. In
this role he led 500+ executive recruiting assignments in virtually every area
of IBM's business. These assignments included professional services, software,
technology and corporate functions such as strategy, legal, finance,
communications, and human resources. Ray has been an Advisory Member of
the Executive Search Information Exchange, a network of corporate talent
officers advancing best practices in executive recruiting. He is certified in
Human Resources Studies with Cornell University's School of Industrial and
Labor Relations and holds a Masters degree in Organizational Management and
Human Resource Development from Manhattanville College. |

C. Cable Neidhart
has been a member of the TNS Partners team since 1995 growing from
initial duties in research, project management into a Consultant assignment.
He has managed projects supporting a broad range of industries, including
financial services, distribution, manufacturing and high technology. Many
projects under his direction have been successfully completed in the
functional areas of human resources, call center/customer service, finance,
operations and distribution management. |

Peters
began his consulting career in 1995 following 20+ years of multi-functional
experience in industry, specifically consisting of assignments in general
management, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing. These
experiences were secured while associated with industry leading manufacturers
Pella Corporation and Overhead Door Corporation. Jim has managed client
relationships and provided leadership to broad range of projects in general
management, operations management, supply chain management, marketing, sales,
information technology and finance/accounting. These assignments have been in
a variety of industry venues, including manufacturing, distribution, service
and consulting. |

| Michael R. Porter possesses 25 years experience as a human resources executive primarily secured with two diverse "Fortune 50" companies - Emerson Electric Co. and Fortune Brands Inc. His broad knowledge of current business strategies, practices, and issues combined with expertise in organization analysis & development have been exceptionally helpful to clients. Mike's career experience includes hardware/consumer durables, electronics, printing, automotive components, capital equipment, and hospitality industries. Brian Trueblood
began his executive recruiting career in 1989. His
search experiences span diverse industry and functional backgrounds. He
has completed assignments within operations, supply chain, engineering,
finance, sales & marketing, consulting and information technology.
Industry venues include manufacturing , retail, transportation, consumer
package goods, engineering and professional services, and high technology
sectors. Prior to TNS Partners, Brian was a Partner at a large
international search firm and most recently President of TalentBase, Inc.
Brian began his career at Leo Burnett USA after serving five years as a US
Army officer. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West
Point and was awarded the prestigious US Army Ranger Tab. |
