At TNS we are, by nature and conscious design, collaborators with our clients and our colleagues. We know our collective best effort yields a superior solution for our clients’ needs. This orientation extends to our participation in community institutions, where we add our time and talents to the initiatives of many through nonprofit organizations that respond to human needs and enrich people’s lives.

Our Firm strongly endorses staff’s engagement with social, religious, educational and cultural nonprofits. We promote the spirit of volunteerism that fits each of our personalities; consequently, our involvement is varied and colorful. But whether helming a crew at a Habitat for Humanity construction site, or serving food at the Red Cross or the Austin Street Shelter, this commitment to our communities is deeply ingrained in our Firm’s culture.

Among our staff’s involvement: 

• A founding partner and his wife have devoted hundreds of hours to the Dallas Arboretum, chairing both Christmas and Spring Blooms events at this garden.
• Three of our associates founded and lead weekly career counseling sessions through their churches, where job-seekers receive counseling and assistance securing work.
• A 15-year veteran of TNS and mother of two dances regularly in community musical theatre productions and also finds time to teach Sunday school.
• Weekly a TNS staffer leads Habitat for Humanity crews building homes around Collin County, Texas.  And every three weeks this same individual is a pheresis donor at Carter Bloodcare.
• Four associates have, between them, over 40 years of coaching in a variety of youth sports at area schools.
• Another founder of TNS led his Church’s successful capital campaign and now co-chairs its ambitious Master Plan.

• Nonprofit organizations in North Texas feature TNS associates on their Boards, including High Adventure Treks for Dads & Daughters.

Last year, our team volunteered over 2,000 hours with nonprofit organizations.
